Champaign – A 25 year old man from Mexico has been sentenced to probation.

25 year old, Samuel Garcia-Quintana will likely be deported for fondling a woman in a business bathroom. Garcia-Quintana pleaded guilty to aggravated criminal sexual abuse.

Police say, the abuse happened last November at Geovantis on Green Street in Champaign.

It was determined that he is in the US Illegally.
