Lawsuit filed for the death of Trooper Kyle Deatherage

Litchfield – A wrongful death lawsuit has been filed on behalf of the widow of a state trooper killed in a crash in November.

Trooper Kyle Deatherage died November 26, when a Georgia trucker lost consciousness and hit and killed the trooper, who was at a traffic stop.

Now a Swansea Attorney has filed the lawsuit against both the trucking company and the truck driver.
