Decatur – A Decatur man will face more charges.

41 year old James Dietz is accused of a DUI crash that left his passenger in serious condition. Now police say, Dietz sent a letter to the victim, in an attempt to make her feel guilty about testifying.

Dietz tried to send the letters through a witness using middle names, because he thought it would be legal. He is now in the Macon County Jail on a 75 thousand dollar bond.
