Springfield – A man leaves his girlfriend disfigured after a stabbing Monday night.

50 year old, Byron Johnson stabbed his girlfriend after she wouldn't give him money. Police say Johnson hit her in the head with a flower pot and stabbed her repeatedly in the face, neck, and side.

His bond is set at two million dollars. He is facing multiple charges including attempted murder.
