Charleston – A Charleston man is found not guilty in the 2008 murder of a group home member.
Late Friday night a jury acquitted 29 year old, Christopher Oliver of murder and neglect charges. Prosecutors claimed Oliver and another man attacked 21 year old, Dustin Hggins at a Graywood Foundation Home in Charleston.
The jury did not find enough evidence to convict Oliver.
26 year old, Daniel Clark was convicted of manslaughter back in 2011. He is now serving a 10 year sentence.
