Urbana – New details in an Urbana murder investigation. Another man's been arrested, accused of trying to bribe the murder victim, before his death.
29 year old Curtis Mosley was shot several times inside his Urbana apartment on East Colorado Avenue Monday night. Mosley was supposed to testify in court Tuesday in the aggravated battery case against 23 year old Ardis Fenn.
Prosecutors say Fenn shot Mosley last June. Fenn did not show up in court on Tuesday morning; there is now a $10 million warrant out for his arrest.
On Wednesday police arrested another Urbana man, accused of trying to bribe Mosley to not testify against Ardis Fenn. Police say 20 year old Jakeem Nelson offered Mosley money, on behalf of Ardis Fenn.
