Decatur – A Decatur man is behind bars after he is accused of raping a 14 year old.

43 year old, Michael Chaney, otherwise known as Michael Cunningham, is behind bars after police say he raped a 14 year old.  A note was found at school, where the young girl wrote to herself about the incident. The school called police.

Cunningham is behind bars on a 75 thousand dollar bond.
