Brandon Owens trial now set for May

Decatur – The jury trial is re-set for a man arrested for murder nearly five years ago.

23 year old Brandon Owens is charged with first degree murder in a 2008 stabbing death. Prosecutors say he stabbed 20 year old, Leadgrie Cunningham to death in a Decatur home back in September 2008.

Owens' jury trial is now set for May.
