Ardis Fenn has turned himself in

Posted:

Urbana – 29 year old Curtis Mosley was shot several times inside his Urbana apartment on East Colorado Avenue Monday night.

Mosley was supposed to testify in court Tuesday in the aggravated battery case against 23 year old Ardis Fenn. Prosecutors say Fenn shot Mosley last June. Fenn did not show up in court on Tuesday morning.

Urbana Police say Fenn turned himself in this afternoon. He is being held on a $10 million dollar bond.

Also today police arrested another Urbana man, accused of trying to bribe Mosley to not testify against Ardis Fenn. Police say 20 year old Jakeem Nelson offered Mosley money, on behalf of Ardis Fenn.

Nelson is expected in court this afternoon.
