Champaign – A man receives a guilty verdict in the re-trail for shooting another man last year.
Last week the judge declared a mis-trial in the armed batter case against 23 year old Ardis Fenn. Today a jury convicted Fenn during his re-trial.
He was accused of shooting 29 year old Curtis Mosley last June, in Urbana. Mosley was then found dead just last week, the day before he was set to testify against Fenn in the first battery trail. So far no one's been charged in Mosley's death.
