Hoopeston – A woman found dead in Vermilion County, has now been identified.
The Vermilion County Coroner identified the body as 33 year old, Amanda Walters-Pentecost. She was originally reported missing on January 31st. Her body was found early Sunday morning in the woods southeast of Hoopeston.
The coroner says her cause of death is from cold exposure, but more tests are pending.
