Logan County – A former Logan County Bank President admitted to stealing thousands of dollars.

65 year old Bryson Russell, who was President of the Hartsburg State Bank admitted to embezzlement in Federal Court today. Court documents say the total loss to the bank estimated over half a million dollars.

Russell faces up to 30 years in prison, and a fine up to one million dollars.
