Blackburn students death ruled a homicide

Carlinville – A 24 year old Blackburn College students death has been ruled an over-dose off opium.

The Carlinville Police Department says, Joshua Ramza of a Chicago suburb was found dead in his dorm room back in January. The death was ruled a homicide.

According to state law overdoses are classified as homicides when there is no suicide note.
