Art with a message by Macon County students

Decatur – Macon County students want you to adopt a shelter pet, and they are using art to get that message across.

Kindergarten through 12th grad students, from 19 schools in Macon County created art with the theme "Adopt a Shelter Pet". 250 original works of art are now on display at the Madden Arts Center in downtown Decatur.

An award ceremony is going on to reward the best artists.
