Argenta remembers local legend

ARGENTA -- A Central Illinois town is mourning the loss of a local legend.

Lyle Rolofson was famous in the village of Argenta.  He had Down syndrome and passed away earlier this week.  He was 57.

Friends say they remember him in his bib overalls, riding his John Deere tractor around town.

"Lyle had a handicap, but he really didn't," said friend Terry Grider. "He's taught us so much over the years he's been here.  And we've learned more from him that he's learned from us"

Lyle's visitation and funeral is next week.
