4-H program teaching kids to live a more active lifestyle


Decatur – Kids are learning how to live a more active and healthy lifestyle through a 4-H program.


The "Health Jam" is a nine week program for kids at Garfield, Enterprise, and Harris Schools. They have taken part in eight weeks of activities so far, like exercising 30 minutes a day.


Next week the program concludes with field trips to Decatur Memorial Hospital's Wellness Center, and the Greater Decatur Y.
