Villa Grove - The Red Cross is responding to a developing situation in Villa Grove (Douglas County). Due to rapidly rising waters, local officials have requested the Red Cross open shelters for flood evacuees. Two shelters are now open and ready to receive flood victims.

The response across central Illinois has now reached a level that we are requesting the assistance of our friends and neighbors.
