PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -- Testimony is set to continue in the Peoria trial of a central Illinois man accused of killing five members of a family with a tire iron.
Defendant Christopher Harris testified last week. Harris' defense is to continue its case Tuesday. Harris is charged with first-degree murder in the 2009 deaths of Rick and Ruth Gee of Beason and three of their children.
On Friday he insisted he didn't kill the family, except for 14-year-old Dillen Constant. Harris says Constant killed the family and Harris killed Constant.
