Man accused of hit and run has been formally charged
Decatur – The man accused in a hit and run that killed a Decatur toddler has been formally charged.
David Overlin, 24, is charged with failing to report an accident or death. This after 19 month old Zyonne Cooper was struck and killed by a car, after darting from his mother in the driveway of their home on Garfield Avenue in Decatur.
Overlin is being held in the Macon County Jail on 200-thousand dollars bond.
