Construction underway on U of I campus

Champaign – Demolition is underway on the University of Illinois campus.

Crews are working to tear down Forbes Hall. The demolition is part of an overhaul on the University's Campus.  The University hopes to make the campus look more like a neighborhood.

In place of the 55 year old building a new residence hall will built. However, it will not be ready for students until 2016.
