Decatur –A man accused in a hit and run that killed a Decatur toddler enters a not guilty plea Wednesday in court.

David Overlin, 24, is charged with failure to report an accident or death. These charges come after 17 month old Zyonne Cooper was struck and killed in the 2500 block of East Garfield Avenue, on June13th.
