Lincoln – The Christopher Harris sentencing inside the Logan County Court house was emotional for family and friends who knew the Gee family.

Heart wrenching statements were read from Nicole Gee and Tabitha Gee.

Harris' ex-wife Nicole Gee pleaded with Harris to tell the truth, her statement was read in court today saying "Think of someone other than yourself. Have soul Fess up and speak the truth for once"

The court room also heard a testimony from Tabitha Gee, the three year old child left beaten and rushed to a Peoria Hospital, her life was saved by medical staff.

Her grandmother read her statement that said "I wish you were dead and my brothers and sisters and mommy and daddy were alive."

Christopher Harris, 34, has been sentenced to five life sentences in prison for the killings of five family members in their Beason home in 2009.  Rick and Ruth Gee, and their children, Justina Constant, 16, Dillen Constant, 14, and Austin Gee, 11 all died after Harris beat them with a tire iron. Harris admitted to killing Dillen Constant, but his lawyers say he did so out of self defense.
