Springfield – Hockey fans got to take pictures with the Stanley Cup Monday morning in Springfield.
This is the second time the cup has been to the Capitol City in four seasons. 2013 NHL Blackhawks Chairman, Rocky Wirtz says it's a treat to see all the fans. "Fans have been terrific. When you realize you have fans south of I-80 it's nice to come down to the state capital. Last time we went over to the governor's mansion so this is great. It's a great treat.
The cup flew into Springfield's Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, and then went to a couple private events.
