Springfield – The second of three men for the 2012 armed robbery of a Springfield candy store is found guiltily.
Demarco Poole, 29, faces up to 30 years in prison. He is charged with armed robbery, aggravated battery and theft for the robbery at Peases Candy Shop last July.
Poole and two other men attempted to cover their faces with handkerchiefs as they walked into the candy store last year. One woman was sent to the hospital after the men hit her in the head with a gun.
