Unfinished business

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) -- Governor Pat Quinn still has nearly 400 pieces of legislation to sign, veto or change before the end of the month. Some of the still-unsigned measures are for small changes to state law, while others have a higher profile. Bills still awaiting the governor's signature include a provision banning minors from using indoor tanning salons, and a measure that raises the speed limit on Illinois interstates from 65 mph to 75 mph.
