Man arrested for conspiring to make and sell meth


Jacksonville – A man faces several meth charges.


James Trotter, 27, is indicted for allegedly conspiring with others to manufacture and distribute meth between February and May of this year.


Trotter is also charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute; one count of possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture meth; and three counts of using or maintaining a building to manufacture meth


Illinois State Police, Jacksonville Police and Morgan County Sheriff's Office all assisted in the investigation.
