Decatur – A Decatur man is now facing life in prison.
Thursday morning Joshua Jones, 28, was charged with three counts of first degree murder. Police say he shot Marvin Perry, 22, to death on August 15, in the 1200 block of North Union Street.
Perry was shot around 9:30p.m. He was taken to Decatur Memorial Hospital, for a gun shot wound to the chest. He later died from his injuries.
Jones faces a sentence of up to 60 years for first degree murder. He could also receive a life time sentence.
