New program to help residents report issues

Charleston - A new program is underway in Charleston that will help residents report city wide issues.

The program "See Click Fix" will let neighbors share quality of life issues through their computer or mobile devices. The city says it will help take care of potholes, litter, flooding, graffiti, and traffic signals to name a few.
