Harristown - A jury trial is set for a central Illinois man accused of killing two women and almost killing another.
Timothy Giles, 28, is charged with first degree murder. Police say in August of 2011. Giles broke into a home in Harristown and killed Cindanett Eaton and her daughter Lindsey. Macon County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 470 South Gravel Pit Road around 12:45 a.m, Friday August 5, 2011.
Inside the home police found Cindanett and Lindsey Eaton, both stabbed and shot to death. In an upstairs bedroom, police found Casey Eaton, who had also been stabbed and shot but was still alive.
Giles trial is set for February 18th of next year.
