Decatur - A jury trial is set for a man involved in a deadly club shooting.
Jacobe Jarrett,25, pleaded not guilty to being an accomplice in the February 2012 shooting death of Tobias Jarrett at the Night Owls Club.
Police officers were called to the Night Owl bar at 380 East Marion Street in Decatur around 1:30 a.m. on February 6th, 2012.
Police found four shooting victims when they arrived. The victims were all transported to local hospitals.
Thirty one year-old Tobias Jarrett was taken to St. Mary's Hospital ER. He was pronounced dead at 2:20 a.m. Monday morning.
The jury trial is set for November 4 of this year.
