Grand Jury indicts Justin DeRyke of First Degree Murder
Effingham - An Effingham County Grand Jury indicted Justin DeRyke, 22, on three counts of murder for allegedly murdering Willow Long.
On Wednesday the Grand Jury handed up the bill which charges DeRyke with First Degree Murder, for allegedly stabbing the 7-year-old niece to death. If he is convicted, he faces a mandatory life sentence.
DeRyke will appear with legal counsel before a judge on Thursday, September, 19. Willow Long's disappearance and death remain under investigation.
