Services set for former heavy weight boxing champ

Jacksonville - Services are set for former heavy-weight boxing champion.

 

Friends and family of the Jacksonville native Ken Norton will gather tomorrow from 4 p.m. until 7p.m., at Buchanan and Cody Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.

 

Norton who defeated Muhammad Ali in 1973, died last week at a hospital, where he was getting treatment from a stroke. Norton was 70 years old when he died.
