Springfield - A student was taken to the hospital, after a stabbing near Springfield High School.

Springfield police say, it happened around 1:30 Tuesday afternoon, near the intersection of State and Governor Streets.  Police arrested Tre Tucker, 18, for aggravated battery. Police say Tucker and a 21-year-old were involved in an argument. Tucker allegedly stabbed the victim in the stomach.
