Efforts to find housing for the homeless is falling behind
Springfield - Advocates for the homeless say, the city is falling behind.
In 2003 a task force was created to combat homelessness, and find more housing and support by next year. Helping Hands which offers support to about 300 homeless people in Springfield, says more beds are still needed.
However, the city says they have made progress, despite economic difficulties.
