Man sentenced for murder of a Pana man


Pana - A Pana man is sentenced to 15 years in prison for murder.


Travis Gregg plead guilty to Second Degree Murder charges on Tuesday, for the stabbing death of James Bertin, 29.


In the early hours of April 13th, Bertin was stabbed to death.


A friendly bonfire erupted into a brawl and ultimately murder. Witnesses say a group of men came to the party, started fighting, and Bertin was stabbed in the neck.


After being brought to the Pana Community Hospital by a friend, he was later pronounced dead.


Dylan Carroll, 17, Lee Coke, 39, Victor Chain Pickel, 37, were charged for Mob Action, they are being held on a $250,000 bond.
