DECATUR- Life is hard enough for a young couple just starting out, but one local family has a rough road ahead. Six months ago, the Kralls gave birth to a baby girl named Addison. Two months later, baby Addison was diagnosed with a seizure disorder, where her body stiffens up and she stops breathing. Since then, Addison has been living in and out of hospitals in Decatur, Springfield, and St. Louis.
This weekend, Pop's Place in Decatur hosted a fundraiser to help baby Addison and the Krall family. The fundraiser featured a car show, food, raffles, a live auction, and more. All money raised went to Addison's hospital expenses. Baby Addison's next surgery is scheduled for October 24th.
