Governor Pat Quinn announced that tomorrow is SmileSafe Kids day in Illinois.
The SmileSafe Kids Project provides police with a current picture of a child if they go missing. During the last decade, approximately 300 million SmileSafe Kids photo ID cards have been provided nationwide with approximately 18 million distributed in Illinois.
