Hardee's Robbed, Customer Pistol Whipped

Springfield- Springfield police said, a customer was inside of a Hardee's when a robber came in and demanded money.

It happened Friday night at the Hardee's on 2501 Stevenson Drive.

When the robber was leaving with an undisclosed amount of money. Police said, the suspect fired shots and then fled the scene. No one was hit and the person who said he was pistol whipped, he did not want medical treatment.

Police are still searching for the suspect. He is described as about 5'8", 200lbs and wearing a dark puffy coat and black pants.
