Woman in trouble for failing to register as a sex offender

Decatur - A woman is in trouble with the law again, after failing to register as a sex offender.

In August of 2012, police arrested Robin Vogel,24, for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old. Police say Vogel last registered as a sex offender on 9/19/2013. Vogel also maintained a Facebook page under a different name.

Vogel and Dalton Rogers, 25, were both arrested for felony charges of endangering the life and health of a child, just a week after Vogel was arrested for having sexual relations with a 16-year-old. The couples home in the 300 block of North Field Crest Road, was described as un-livable by a Macon County Sheriff's Investigator.

The officer said, inside were dirty diapers, feces, maggots, and no working toilet. Three children were living in the home. Vogel told police she had been out partying all night and was too tired to clean, or go food shopping.

Vogel is now being held in the Macon County jail for violating the sex offender act.
