State's Attorney to file charges for accidental arrow incident
Piatt County - The State's Attorney says she will file charges against a man who accidentally shot an arrow at a young girl.
Andrew Dick, 21, will be charged with reckless conduct. He is accused of losing control of a compound bow that hit 16-year-old Maci Webb, she was airlifted to Carle Hospital. The incident happened around 9 p.m. on October 11th, at a home in rural Cerro Gordo.
No word yet on her condition at this time. Dick's first court appearance is November 26th.
