There are two different scams that you need to know about.
The first in Christian County, the Sheriff's Office is asking for help with information on a possible asphalt scam. Deputies say a man came to a homeowner claiming he could pave the driveway with leftover asphalt used to pave route 48, but for a fee.
The man was driving a red 1994 Kenworth dump truck with a Missouri license plate and B&B Asphalt printed on the side.
If you have any information, call the county sheriff's office.
The second scam is targeting non-US citizens applying for a driver's license.
Some so-called driving schools claim they can provide a universal license, good in most states for a about a thousand dollars.
Applications are only accepted at secretary of state facilities.
