One pleads guilty after barn party shooting


Charleston - One of the two men accused of fighting with police after an EIU barn party shooting plead guilty.


Kajuan Wright, 23, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. Wright is sentenced to a year of conditional discharge. Charleston Police Lieutenant Brad Oyer says the incident is still an open investigation.  


Phi Beta Sigma hosted a "barn party" on Sunday September 15th. Shots were fired and three people were taken to the hospital. The fraternity has been suspended until 2019.
