Decatur man remembered one year after shooting death


Decatur - One year after a man was gunned down in Decatur, friends and family will gather to remember the life of Jarvas Thomas.


The 21-year-old was killed the night of December 10th, 2012. Decatur Police found Thomas shot to death inside a vehicle parked in Galloway Park, on South 26th Street.


Two teens have been charged for the murder of Thomas, they will be tried separately. 18-year-old Patrick Hutton and 17-year-old Bryson Harden are due in court next month.
