Decatur teen pleads not guilty in Junisha Cummings murder case
Decatur - A teen accused for the murder of 15-year-old Junisha Cummings pleads not guilty.
15-year-old Latrell Flagg is being charged as an adult with First Degree Murder, in the shooting death of Junisha Cummings.
Investigators say several teens were involved in a fight on North Union Street in November, when multiple shots were fired. Decatur Police arrested two other teens last week, both were charged with Aggravated Battery and Mob Action.
