Springfield - Police in Springfield are asking for help, after a man is hurt during a hit a run.
Police say a car struck a pedestrian in the crosswalk at Hastings and Sandgate Roads, at about 9:30 Sunday morning. 53-year-old Earl Resse of Springfield says, a southbound 2007 Buick hit him, injuring his arm.
He says the Buick continued eastbound without checking on Reese or reporting the incident to police. Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 788-8427.
