Illinois delays start of income tax filing season

Springfield - Income taxes for the state of Illinois are on a two week delay.

 

Illinois revenue officials say, residents have to wait until the end of January to file their 2013 income taxes. However, the April 15th deadline to file and refunds will stay on track.

 

Employers have until Jan. 31 to give employees W-2 forms.
