Decatur - The man charged with the murder of Cindy and Lindsey Eaton, in their Harristown home pleaded guilty in court this morning.
Timothy Giles pleaded guilty to the murder of the two women. He will receive a life sentence for their murders. Police say he killed Cindanett Eaton and her daughter Lindsey, in August of 2011. He shares a child with Casey Eaton, who survived the attack at her home.
Casey Eaton told police Giles broke into the home she shared with her mother and sister. She says he imprisoned her 7-year-old daughter in a closet and then shot and stabbed her mother and sister to death. Then, she says, he shot and stabbed her in front of her infant daughter.
Katrina Giles, 23, Giles' sister will also face first degree murder charges. Police say she helped plan and cover up the murders. She will be in court for a pretrial hearing on March 13. Her bond is set at $2 million.
