Ice sculptor completes igloo to support cub scouts

Posted:

Argenta - An Argenta man finished an igloo he hopes will raise money for the cub scouts.

Last week Aaric Kendall started the project, and on Tuesday night scouts were able to hold their meeting in the icey room.

Kendal has competed during the Olympics for ice sculpting. He won a bronze and gold medal.

Kendal says it's just one way to give back, "this is just something I think is a great opportunity, its free it doesn't cost anything, you can just come up and check it out. We've got the light on at night."

The Igloo is located on Kenwood Street next to the old grade school in Argenta.
