39-year-old Charles Brackhan was arrested for shooting 20-year-old Aaron Fehl, at a home in Sweetwater in March of last year. Brackhan will service three years behind bars for concealing a homicidal death. He plead guilty to the charges.

The Menard County State's attorney says, Brackhan told police Fehl went to Brackhan's home to steal marijuana plants. He said he saw someone with a gun, shots were fired and Fehl died.
