Family Celebrates Memory of Toddler

DECATUR-A bounce house, a clown, Mickey and Minnie mouse.      They'll all be part of a celebration to remember little Zyonne Cooper, who died a year ago.
Zyonne was just 17 months old when he was struck by a hit and run driver.
The little boy darted out into the street before his mother could get to him.
Instead of focusing on the tragedy, is family is focusing on the positive memories they have with Zyonne, a little boy who they say loved Sponge Bob Square Pants and playing in the park.
"You know, he brought joy to everybody," says Zyonne's grandfather, Alvis Berry.   "He wasn't here long, but the time he was here brought joy to us all.  And so that's all we got is memories."
David Overlin is serving a six year sentence for the hit and run death.  He has expressed his remorse and members of Zyonne's family have forgiven him.
